Refund policy
Damaged items: The Rooted Home Co is not responsible for items that are broken, damaged, or lost during shipping. We take extra care to package our items properly to ensure they arrive to you safely. If any item(s) arrive damaged or lost please reach out to us and we will help assess the situation and see if the problem was caused on our end or on the shipping carrier. You will need to keep all materials including the box to be able to file a claim with a shipping carrier.
**PLEASE NOTE: All of our products are handmade and have imperfections such as color variations and imperfections in the grain of wood. This is a natural result of custom woodworking and is not an acceptable reason to be returned.
